1 I'll take your old hardware! In rare cases I'll even pay money for your old hardware. In all cases, I strive to make the best possible use of the "old stuff," to aid with recycling and prevent wastage. I can not accept printers unfortunately (which, to be honest, are a dime-a-dozen - just go look at any thrift store) nor the old style monitors (which work just fine, but you can't pay people to use them now). I make it a practice to donate a number of working computers each year along with expertise where it will all do the most good to the local community; your "old stuff" helps support this effort.

2 What's a Computer Tune-up? Simple: if your computer has slowed down since you first brough it home, then it needs a tune-up. It can be made to work again as fast as when it was fresh out of the box. (Sometimes, even after the first reboot, the computer slows down -- there are reasons for this, and they can be fixed!) Certainly, if the computer has been in use for a while with out any professional Love-and-Attention, then it almost certainly wants a tune-up. This can be a great stress reducer! Believe it!!
